Yep…another one! haha My husband and I did a fun Tabata style workout the other night, so I had to share! Grab your jump ropes people cause another sweat sesh is comin atcha! Here ya go, and remember to have fun!!!

12 minutes of:

  • 20 seconds jump rope (can do singles or double unders)
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds pushups
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds burpees
  • 10 seconds rest
