DSC_0339Thank Goodness its Friday!! That means its time to have a party and invite people over for a BBQ or you could just make this simple and delicious meal for your self, either way :) This Chicken recipe was soooo easy but looks amazing and also tastes great. Its very light and healthy. I served it with a side of grilled vegetables and kept the whole meal simple. The best part was it literally took me 15 minutes to make this whole dinner. AMAZING!!

Ingredients:

4 Chicken Breasts
1 Tomato
1 Avocado
1-2 Limes
Whatever seasonings you want for the chicken.
(If you want more salsa then use more tomatoes and avocados)

Directions:

Season your raw chicken with whatever flavor you want. I used a barbeque seasoning with some salt and pepper but you can choose whatever flavor you wish. Then place it on the grill and cook through until no longer pink.

While the chicken is cooking wash and cut up your tomato and place in a bowl. Then slice up the avocado and place it in the same bowl also. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the top and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Mix it all together with a spoon and set aside. DSC_0334

Once the chicken is done cooking place them on a plate and squeeze the other lime juice over them. Place a chicken breast on your serving plate and then scoop some of the avocado salsa mixture and place it on top of the chicken.
