Today I am bringing you a treadmill workout from M5 Fitness. I like this treadmill workout because they walk you through doing it at your own fitness level-you can walk or run during the workout and no matter what you do, you will feel the burn and will get that heart rate up!

This interval is also awesome because it incorporates strength training in with your treadmill work. This breaks up the running and also “kills two birds with one stone” since you are getting cardio plus strength training in the same workout.
