I love having some recipes that only take a couple of ingredients and that are fast to make on busy weeknights. This recipe meets those requirements and is also really fun! This is a great dinner that your kids can help you make and they will also enjoy eating. My husband and I were really surprised by how tasty these were the first time we made them, and since then, they are one of my go to recipes when I don’t feel like putting much effort into dinner.

These end up perfectly crispy on the outside and warm and cheesy on the inside. They look really cute too :).
