A few months ago, I started teaching a cardio kickboxing class at the gym. I absolutely love it and have learned so much in the short time that I have been teaching. Cardio kickboxing is a very fun and challenging workout. It provides a great cardio and total body workout, and incorporates resistance exercises like pushups and squats. It also teaches you proper techniques for punching and kicking so that you can kick some booty if needed haha I found this great cardio kick video on YouTube posted by Real Fit TV.
