Happy Tuesday everyone, I hope you are all having a Fabulous day. Today I wanted to talk to you guys about one of the main things to overcome on your healthy living journey, which is having a Positive Relationship with Food. Creating a healthy relationship with food will keep you moving forward with your goals. A positive relationship is knowing and understanding the background of nutrition and balancing that with what your own body needs. It also encompasses knowing when you are physically hungry and wanting to fuel your body with healthy food. It can be a hard factor to over come but it is very important in order to not fall back into bad habits. Remember our goal is healthy lifestyle not the latest diet.
